easyQuran.bd provides online Quran learning services including:

  • Video-based Quran learning courses

  • Mentor support and guidance
  • Digital certificates upon course completion

3. User Registration

To access our courses, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Hadiya (Voluntary Contribution)

Our courses are available free of charge. Users may choose to give Hadiya (voluntary contribution) to support our mission. This contribution is entirely optional and does not affect access to course materials.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz. By making a payment, you agree to SSLCommerz's terms of service.

4.3 Refund Policy

Since our course is offered free with optional Hadiya, refunds are generally not applicable. However, in case of duplicate payments or technical errors, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

Refund Processing Timeline: Upon approval of a valid refund request, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on easyQuran.bd, including but not limited to:

  • Video lessons and tutorials
  • Written materials and course content
  • Quizzes and assessments
  • Graphics, logos, and design elements
  • Website code and software

are the property of easyQuran.bd and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Download, copy, or redistribute course materials
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Harass or harm other users or our staff

7. Content Guidelines

As an Islamic educational platform, we are committed to presenting Quranic content with the utmost respect and accuracy. Users are expected to:

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
